Hi Lori,
I am so pleased with the results of
my Pilates training. As a dressage trainer riding 6 - 8 horses daily I was tired and sore at the end of the day.
Now, because of the Pilates work, I no longer have back aches, my aids are more effective and easier to give and my posture
